Rain stamp

This stamp maybe in a group's gallery providing a group submission request is sent to me and approve by me.

Wow...I actually animated something that is a little more complex. Here it is. I was watching animation tutorials on Youtube and I thought I would learn how to do a rain animation. So here it is guys.

To be honest, I actually feel more accomplished that I can do more than just regular simple animation. I will begin doing more complex animations on my later stamps. ^^

Anyways, I thought I would make this stamp because I'm sure that some of us are tired of the summer heat and would like a little bit of rain or if you just like rain.
